Reserves and Parks

OKAVANGO DELTA REGION
Okavango Delta known as the jewel of the Kalahari is one of the world’s largest inland body of water with a unique ecosystem. It has a tremendous diversity of flora and an array of wildlife that makes the Delta sparkle.
CENTRAL KALAHARI DESERT RESERVE
Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) is a national park located in the heart of the Kalahari Desert, situated in the center of Botswana.
MOREMI GAME RESERVE
Named after Chief Moremi of The BaTawana tribe, the Moremi Reserve is famous for its variety and beauty and has a great diversity of plant and animal life which can be viewed in contrasting backgrounds of dry areas and areas of permanent water.
MAKGADIKGADI AND NXAI PAN REGION
This lesser known area of Botswana boasts a diverse and dynamic ecosystem. Pans, or ancient salt lake-beds, dot the sandy dessert and are seasonally covered with water and grass.
TULI BLOCK
The Northern Tuli Game Reserve is dominated by sandstone hills and rock formations with a system of riverbeds, riverine forests, grasslands and marshes.
